Ingredients

For 1 serving

  • Rolled oats35 g
  • Almonds8 g
  • Maple syrup1 teaspoon
  • Sunflower oil1 teaspoon
  • Plain nonfat yogurt150 g
  • Kiwi1

Contains: gluten, lactose, nuts,

In season: November – April

Method

  1. Preheat a conventional oven to 170 °C and line a small baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Roughly chop the almonds and mix them in a bowl with the rolled oats, maple syrup and sunflower oil until all the oats are glossy.
  3. Spread the mixture on the tray in a thin layer and bake for 15 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden and toasty; keep an eye on it in the last minutes as it burns quickly.
  4. Take it out and let the granola cool on the tray for a few minutes: it only turns crunchy once cool.
  5. Meanwhile peel the kiwi and slice it; spoon the low-fat natural yogurt into a bowl and top with the granola and kiwi.
