Delete your skish account

skish is the app by SwipeApp S.r.l.. You can delete your account and all the data linked to it at any time, right from the app or by writing to us.

From the app

  1. Open skish and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to Settings › Account and security.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent.

If you can’t use the app

Write to info@swipeapp.studio from the email address you signed up with. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm it by email.

Data that is deleted

  • Your account and sign-in credentials
  • Your profile: personal details, weight and weigh-ins, goals, diet, allergies and preferences
  • Meal plan, shopping list, diary and saved recipes
  • Your workout plans and the workouts you logged
  • Chat messages and photos
  • Links with personal trainers, nutritionists or clients
  • Devices registered for notifications

Data that is kept

These stay in other people’s accounts, without your name: notifications they already received, comments you left on their workouts and, if you are a personal trainer, the workout plans you wrote for your clients. We keep no other data from your account after deletion.
