Ingredients

For 1 serving

  • Oat flour50 g
  • Eggs1
  • Oat milk70 ml
  • Baking powder3 g
  • Banana80 g
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder1 teaspoon
  • Dark chocolate 70%8 g

Contains: gluten, eggs,

Method

  1. Switch on the waffle iron so it heats up properly while you make the batter.
  2. In a bowl, mix the oat flour with the baking powder, then add the egg and oat drink and whisk until the batter is smooth; let it rest for 2–3 minutes so the oats absorb the liquid.
  3. Pour the batter into the centre of the hot iron, close and cook for about 5 minutes, until the waffle is golden and comes away easily.
  4. Meanwhile, peel the banana and slice it into rounds; roughly chop the dark chocolate into shavings with a knife.
  5. Put the waffle on a plate, dust it with the cocoa powder through a small sieve and top with the banana and chocolate shavings.
