Ingredients

For 1 serving

  • Orange1
  • Dark chocolate 70%12 g

In season: December – April

Method

  1. Peel the orange, remove as much white pith as you can without breaking the skin of the segments and divide it into segments; dry them well with kitchen paper, as even a drop of water stops the chocolate setting properly.
  2. Break the dark chocolate into a small bowl and melt it over a pan of barely simmering water on low heat for 2–3 minutes, stirring until smooth and glossy.
  3. Line a small plate with baking paper.
  4. Dip each segment halfway into the chocolate, let the excess drip off and lay it on the paper.
  5. Chill in the fridge for about 10 minutes, until the chocolate has fully set.
