For 1 serving
- Orange1
- Apple80 g
- Kiwi1
- Pomegranate40 g
- Lemon juiceto taste
In season: November – January
Method
- Peel the orange with a knife: slice off both ends, cut away the peel and white pith following the curve of the fruit, then cut it into pieces over a bowl to catch the juice.
- Wash the apple, core it and cut it into roughly 1 cm dice; peel the kiwi and cut it the same way.
- Add the apple and kiwi to the orange and dress straight away with the lemon juice, which stops the apple browning, stirring it into the collected orange juice.
- Release the pomegranate seeds by tapping the back of each half with a spoon and scatter them over the fruit salad.
