Ingredients
For 1 serving
- Rice flour20 g
- Tahini10 g
- Maple syrup10 g
- Sesame seeds4 g
- Baking soda0.5 g
Contains: sesame
Method
- Preheat a conventional oven to 180 °C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Stir the tahini well in its jar, as the oil tends to separate, then combine it with the maple syrup in a bowl until smooth.
- Add the rice flour and bicarbonate of soda and knead with your hands until the dough holds together and doesn't stick.
- Roll two balls, coat them in the sesame seeds pressing so they stick, place them on the tray and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 12 minutes, until golden at the edges and the sesame is toasted.
- Let them cool on the tray: they turn crumbly as they cool.
