Ingredients
For 1 serving
- All-purpose flour30 g
- Unsweetened cocoa powder5 g
- Soy milk35 ml
- Brown sugar10 g
- Sunflower oil5 g
- Baking powder2 g
- Oat milk200 ml
Contains: gluten, soy,
Method
- Preheat the oven to 175 °C (conventional). The quantities are for one slice: for a whole 8-portion ring tin (about 24 cm) multiply them by 8, except the oat drink. Grease the tin with a little sunflower oil.
- Sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder into a bowl, then add the brown sugar and mix.
- Pour in the soya drink and sunflower oil in a thin stream, whisking until the batter is smooth, glossy and lump-free.
- Pour into the tin and bake for about 35 minutes, until risen, dry on top and a skewer pushed into the highest point comes out clean; as it's dark, don't judge it by colour.
- Leave it to cool in the tin for about ten minutes, then turn it out onto a rack.
- Serve a slice with a glass of oat drink.
